What's happening this march
Visiting Warsaw this March and want to know what’s happening? Check out our list of all the best things to do in Warsaw this March:
Winter at the National Stadium
November 30th - March 8th
As the winter draws to a close, so does your chances of doing some winter sports *cue sad face*. But don't stress, you still have time to visit the famed National Stadium (Stadion Narodowy) to witness Warsaw's massive winter playground.
You’ll find nearly 5,000 square metres of ice - 3 huge ice rinks, a winter slope, chill-out zone plus a food court for when you get hungry after all that winter fun! Hands down one of the best things to do in Warsaw in winter but sadly shutting up shop in early March.
Warsaw Motorcycle Show 2020
March 6th - 8th
Interested in motorcycles? Then why not check out the 3rd annual Warsaw Motorcycle Show this March. This is the largest motorcycle exhibition in all of Central and Eastern Europe with a massive range of things to do including workshops, Polish customs exhibition (highlighting all of the best custom projects in Poland), live shows and much more.
If motorcycles aren't enough, the European Tattoo Show runs as an added attraction within the Motorcycle Show each year. Check out some world-class tattoo artists and body painting shows alongside some truly epic motorcycles. A one-day pass will set you back 50 PLN / 12 EUR, or for 70 PLN / 16 EUR you can come for both days over the weekend.
Warsaw Coffee Festival
March 21st - 22nd
If you’re a coffee lover like me then you simply cannot miss out on the Warsaw Coffee Festival 2020! This is the largest coffee festival in Poland, taking place on the second last weekend of the month at Warsaw’s famous Palace of Culture and Science (Pałac Kultury i Nauki).
Smell the aroma of coffee wafting through the air as you check out the wide range of exhibitions right in the heart of Warsaw. Reportedly twice the size of last year’s event, you can check out stalls from the best coffeehouses, coffee roasters, coffee accessories and complementary products. Entrance is free, so if you’re thinking of what to do in Warsaw this March, then you can’t go wrong with the Warsaw Coffee Festival.
Every Wednesday - Saturday
Things are definitely starting to heat up for our buddies over at Warsaw Crawl this March. They offer pub crawls every Wednesday - Saturday night throughout the month of March, so hit them up if you’re looking for an epic night out.
For 60 PLN / 14 EUR, you’ll get a one-hour open bar with unlimited vodka, rum, gin, beer, whiskey and softs plus free entrance and free welcome shots to 3 of Warsaw’s hottest bars and clubs. As the weather gets warmer the crowds get bigger so jump on for a night out you won’t forget...or maybe one that you will!
Warsaw Beer Festival 2020 (Warszawski Festiwal Piwa)
March 26th - 28th
Poland’s beer scene is one of the best in Europe.
The event is held twice a year (every Spring and Autumn) at the Legia Warszawa Stadium and highlights the very best beer that Poland has to offer. You’ll find close to 1000 different types of beer on 450 taps as well as 120 beer premieres. A three-day pass will only set you back 25 PLN / 6 EUR so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t come along to discover your next favourite beer!
