Bar Mleczny Prasowy

Bar Mleczny Prasowy is a beautiful historic restaurant located on the main street of Marszalkowska. It has a very fine interior decorations and you can get a delicious pierogi in a “Milk bar” atmosphere. This restaurants caters for a lot of people especially during the peak lunch time between 12-2pm. Here, you can enjoy a delightful meal of pierogi from 6zl (US$1.63), kompot from 2zl and soup from 3zl.

Mleczarnia Jerozolimska

Mleczarnia Jerozolimska was Poland’s first ever milk bar and one of the oldest in Warsaw. During the course of its history, it has been closed and reopened several times as well as witnessing a few rebranding. Mleczarnia Jerozolimska is located at the Nowy Swiat Street and it serves pierogi, salad and kompot. This Milk bar due to its history and location, looks very expensive, yet it serves fresh and cheap measl every day to its customers.

Bar Mleczny Pod Barbakanem

Few metres from the walls of Warsaw’s old town, lies the distinctive orange walled Bar Mleczny Barbakanem. Here, you can have tasty Polish food at a very cheap price and I bet you will surely enjoy the environment.

Bar Mleczny Rusalka, Praga

Bar Mleczny Rusalka is located at the district of Praga, just next to a big church and close to the Wisla River. Visitors to this Milk bar enjoy excellent selection of soups and traditional Polish foods like zupa barszcz, nalesniki, makaron ze slonina. It is one of the few places in Warsaw for a good tasty meals which are not expensive.
